Intel is licensing AMD's Radeon Graphics Intellectual Property and will be now utilizing a semi custom design to at the very least compete in the laptop sector in a partnership that has honestly shocked me by surprise, with an iGPU that is now tainted to be MUCH more powerful than their previous HD graphics line up. However are they going to 'compete in the discrete graphics market'? What will they do with this new tech besides laptops? That will be interesting to see what comes about, especially with their (Intel's) massive R&D Budget. Though I also wanted to talk about who I feel is the biggest winner in this transaction.....
